
由广东凯捷电源有限公司参与起草的《摩托车用铅酸蓄电池》国家标准(GB/T 23638-2025)已正式实施。该标准由国家市场监督管理总局、国家标准化管理委员会联合发布,中国电器工业协会提出,全国铅酸蓄电池标准化技术委员会(SAC/TC69)归口管理,替代原GB/T 23638-2009版本。
The national standard GB/T 23638-2025 Lead-acid batteries for motorcycles, participated in drafting by Guangdong Kage Group, was officially implemented.Proposed by the China Electrical Industry Association, under the jurisdiction of SAC/TC69, and jointly issued by the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Standardization Administration of China, this standard replaces GB/T 23638-2009.

新版标准全面规定了摩托车用铅酸蓄电池的型号编制、外形尺寸、技术要求、检验规则及包装、运输和贮存等内容,适用于摩托车启动、点火、照明及其他动力运动摩托车辆(包括雪地摩托车、水上摩托艇和全地形摩托车)等场景。标准修改采用IEC 60095-7:2019《起动用铅酸蓄电池 第7部分:摩托车电池一般要求和测试方法》,在编辑性修改外,主要技术内容与国际标准接轨。
It specifies the designation, dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, and storage for lead-acid batteries used for starting, lighting, and ignition of motorcycles, as well as other power sport vehicles including snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and all-terrain vehicles . This standard adopts IEC 60095-7:2019 and aligns domestic technical requirements with international standards.
